Ferenc Leukó - executive, coach, trainer
He has twenty years of experience in the field of organizational development. He is a consultant, a trainer, and an executive coach. In recent years, he has worked with several large leading enterprises, such as Aegon, BAT, Deutsche Telekom, Ericsson, IBM, Michelin, Pfizer, Porsche, Shell, and Tyco, in both domestic and international programs. In his work, he has collaborated with participants from 24 countries and 5 continents. He is an economist, a cultural anthropologist, and currently a PhD candidate in psychology. In his research, he examines the connection between executive thinking and competitiveness, by applying a narrative psychological approach in organizational analyses. He gained an Executive Coach qualification in the USA at Columbia University, and he has participated in numerous professional trainings. He works as a consultant, executive coach, and trainer in Hungary and Europe, both in English and Hungarian.
Péter Csomós – trainer, consultant
Consultant trainer with fifteen years of training experience. He worked in corporate bank funding as a successful sales representative (Raiffeisen Bank). He then continued to work as a trainer in comprehensive sales development programs, in the training system of the Seat brand. This was followed by his role as area manager (Porsche Hungaria) responsible for selling dealerships. As an internal trainer in the branch network and leadership trainings of K&H Bank, he developed individual training programs designed in accordance with internal needs, and held them for more than a thousand participants. His primary areas of expertise are sales, finance, communication, cooperation, and leadership.
Zita Lakosa – consultant, team coach
An expert with twenty years of HR generalist and HR specialist experience. She has worked at the Hungarian companies Aegon, ABN-AMRO, BAT, and Hauni as an HR generalist. Her priority fields of expertise are recruitment, selection, career planning, performance management, development, and employer branding. She also has several years of experience in the consulting sector, personnel placement, temporary staffing, recruitment, training, and development. She has a university degree in education, as well as a team coach qualification. She works as a trainer, a team coach, and a workshop facilitator in both Hungarian and English.
Helga Rudolf-Sörös – HR expert, consultant
She has ten years of experience in HR. Within this field, she has occupied the position of compensation specialist in the EMEA region of GE, and she has worked as an HR generalist in the Budapest factory of GE Lighting and the Hungarian organization Zollner. She is also an organization sociologist. In addition to Hungarian, she works in German and English. Within the general HR tasks, she is an experienced expert in the application of SAP, the development and operation of internal HR processes, the organization of AC/DC, recruitment and selection, designing training systems, and the development of employee satisfaction and retention programs.

Esther Goette – coach, trainer, consultant, Geneva, Switzerland
She worked as a leader at large enterprises in Hamburg, New York, and Geneva for twenty years. She has gained comprehensive experience in the field of product management and marketing. She was a global marketing director at Novartis. She has worked as an executive coach, a trainer, and a consultant since 2012, primarily in international executive development and coaching projects, with Fortune 100 enterprises, in German, English and Spanish. She gained her degree in economics in Hamburg, and she has completed numerous international further coaching trainings. She is the president of the Swiss section of the ICF. She is an expert in Hogan, FIRO-B, MBTI, and Task Cycle Assessments, and she also holds PCC and CPCC certifications.
Amanda Parker – coach, trainer, consultant, Berlin, Germany
She has gained executive and organizational development experience in the non-profit sector at the WWF in the USA, South America, and Europe. In the private sector, she has worked as a director responsible for training design and global business development at MayCoach&Co, a global consultancy company in Berlin. In addition to traditional trainings, she is an expert with experience in the development of virtual trainings. She is currently living in Berlin, working as a coach in English and Spanish.
